We are thrilled to announce that our portfolio company Croom Precision Medical (CPM) has recently appointed Michael Maher as its non-executive chair. The introduction was made by our Talent Network team, which to date has made 6,000 network connections and helped appoint over 285 chairs and non-executives.
CPM is a Limerick-based precision engineering business specialising in the design and manufacturing of precision components for the medical device industry.
Over his career, Michael was a partner at PWC and also worked as CFO and COO over a 20-year period at the global electrical group Glen Dimplex. Michael has also invested alongside us to help expand the company’s existing facility, invest in new capital equipment, and create new jobs.
Michael is currently a supervisory board member at Glen Dimplex and a trustee of the Naughton Foundation. As an accomplished business leader and having played a key role in the deal process, Michael is well placed to work alongside CPM.
